Fire codes require new buildings to be a certain distance from other buildings, but fire-surprssing technologies incorporated into this building allowed it to be built closer than others. This also allowed an increase in the number of people permitted to occupy each floor.
  • There are three sky lobbies in this building, each with a garden facing a different direction.
  • This building contains a 600-seat auditorium.
