Overview

Great location, but poor execution. A prime corner lot in a high-profile locale has been co-opted by what looks like a brutalist jail. Long slits for windows are evocative of penal institutions trying to keep prisoners from escaping. What could have been bay windows for looking out are instead desperately reaching out to drag any available light kicking and screaming into the concrete coated interior.
