This building is truly a night time landmark in Chicago, when the 2,000 flourescent tubes light up what people call a "water tower" or the "White Castle Building". At 65 Floors and 871 Feet, it's Chicago's 7th tallest building. The building was built in 1990 by Kohn Pedersen Fox. It is a "Skyline Standout". It took 2 years to build (1988-1990). This building makes a great contrast both during the day and at night next to the Willis Tower (Chicago).

  • Geoffrey Baer says the building is lit by 2,000 flourescent tubes at night, creating a "visual aspect on the City".
