340 On The Park was done by the same people who did Kingsbury Plaza, which is SCB. The building is LEED Certified. It rises up to 722 Feet and was surpassed by One Museum Park (Chicago) as the tallest all-residential building in Chicago. It was named 340 On The Park for the address on Randolph Street by being on Lakeshore East Park. Completed 2007.
