Overview

When outsiders think of Hong Kong, they envision a forest of soaring skyscrapers. And while that is at least partially true in Kong Kong, itself, when it comes to Kowloon, Lantau Island, and the rest of the New Territories, it's not about tall; it's about side. The Hong Kong S.A.R. is filled with hundreds of massive apartment blocks that spread themselves wide, around their perches on mountainsides along the South China coast.

Though not hemmed in by mountains, but still offering water views, The Harbourview sits above the MTR Kowloon subway station in a wide flank facing Victoria Harbour. It is part of MTR's Union Station urban redevelopment program which includes residential, office, and hotel properties.
