Well Known Facts
This building will be the 13th tallest building in Chicago. It will be of LEED design, and will have gardens on the roofs of the 5th Floor, 66th Floor, and the top of the 73rd Floor. This building is setback on Monroe Street, so it wont block views for the people in the Park Monroe across the street. On the Wabash Avenue side, the building will be hidden behind the Jewelers Row Buildings, which were renovated in part of this project. The building was completed in 2009, and will be ready for new residences to move in. The building is of Blue Tinted Glass, and has cut-outs in the Balconies, which is part of the setback on Monroe Street, for views of Millennium Park, the City, and Lake Michigan.
- August 2009- This building surpassed One Museum Park (Chicago) as the tallest all-residential building in Chicago by 85 Feet.
