Well Known Facts

Marriott Hotel and Conference Center (Normal) was built in 2009. It is one of the newest buildings on the skyline. Part of Urban Renewal, it is Normal's 4th tallest building. Although it may only have 9 Floors, it still has a 10th Floor with mechanical lighting inside. The building is also the tallest hotel in all of Bloomington-Normal. There will even be a new more improved Train Station built across the street next to the Parking Deck. It was also designed to be a companion to Watterson Towers on the other side of the street.
