Buildings They Have Done

History

SCB started doing buildings in Chicago in the 1970s, though they were not tall, in 2007 that changed with completing 340 On The Park. Now also doing Legacy At Millennium Park.

  • In 2005, with the exception of city approval, SCB were able to build a condo building with being able to lift the restriction in Minneapolis. This was the 1st time this could happen in the city's history. In March 2006, construction started on this building, and was finished in July of 2007. The city liked what they approved and had built by SCB, that construction is now allowed for condo buildings to be built near the Mississippi River. After that 95% of new residents moved into The Carlyle.

SCB Projects

  • NOTE: Legacy@Millennium Park is above, it is their most recognizable project in Chicago. This is because this is the highest in height, they have ever gone in Chicago.
