Briefly

St. Pete Beach is the 2nd largest city in the Tampa Region, next to Tampa. It has Attractions, such as Bayside and The Pier. It has the Tampa Region's oldest and tallest hotel. The City is on the opposite side of Tampa, on Tampa Bay. The city has great views of Tampa's Skyline, but has a skyline of it's own. St Pete Beach's Skyline, is the 2nd best skyline in the Tampa Region, next to Tampa. Their tallest building built in 2002 is the Bank of America Building (St. Pete Beach). St Pete Beach is also short for St Petersburg, FL.

Tourist Zones

Be sure not to miss the Gulf of Mexico on the other side, there are Condominium Towers and Hotels to stay at, while enjoying your feet on the sand at the beach. You can also enjoy watching the 2008 American League Champions, the Tampa Bay Rays in downtown St. Pete Beach. The Pier has a lot to do inside with Shopping, Dining, and an Aquarium. Bayside has the kind of feel where you can do the same thing as with The Pier, but cool down in the shade, if it's to warm. Tampa Bay is only 3 Minutes away from downtown St. Pete Beach, if you decide to go Pleasure Boating, Dining Cruises, or on a Tour Boat.
